Refund Policy and Quality Statement
Attic Arcana’s dice and dice-affiliated products are all made by hand, and are subject to mild imperfections. We strive to constantly improve our process and minimize imperfections as we progress. However, imperfections are a natural occurrence of the handmade process. We will never sell a product we do not believe meets our standards of both beauty and functionality.
Should a product not fully meet our standards, but we believe is still functional and can be sold, all imperfections will be clearly stated in detail in the listing description, and usually denoted with a “B-Grade” label in the product title.
All purchases are non-refundable. Dice may not be returned or exchanged on a whim. If a customer has purchased a B-Grade set and is unsatisfied with a flaw that was detailed in the description, they will not be issued a refund.
If a product arrives and it is missing pieces, is severely damaged, or has a smell due to a soft cure through heat exposure, Attic Arcana may offer an exchange or store credit as we see fit in relation to the nature of the incident.
As detailed in the Shipping Policy, a customer / recipient has a five-business-day grace period from date of delivery to notify Attic Arcana of issue, with photos and documentation detailing the issue (for example: missing a die from a specific set). Attic Arcana will be in contact with the recipient on an individual basis to rectify the situation. Types of remedies may include, but are not guaranteed to be, a replacement product, a custom pour, a re-pour, store credit, or other forms of in-store commission.
Should a customer have a complaint about quality in a way that they believe compromises their safety, please contact Attic Arcana immediately.
